INFORMATIONS: This is user friendly PVC+PHTHALATE FREE Plastisol
WATER BASED Ink made of Non Ionic Polymer Based Emulsion.
Beautyflex water based plastisol inks penetrates on the fabric surface coating individual fibers with a thin film. The Matt finish is soft to touch to fingers. The printed surface opens with the weave when stretched. AfterWashing water base will get soften.
Beautyflex B2 Series of inks are very low in solvents and meets Air Quality Requirements.

Application & USES: T-SHIRTS,Apparels, Bedspreads, Linens, Towels, Cotton diapers, Pillow Covers,Children wears,Caps,Lycra,Ribs,Stretchables,polyesters, Cotton,Blends and other textile applications whereby a soft feel is desired.Superb bleed resistance on cottons and most synthetics. Can be printed wet on wet.
FEATURES: Pvc & Phthalate Free Water Based is formulated Tack Free with Creamy short body which makes Print at ease.No Viscosity modification necessary.Excellent coverage on darks.Beautyflex B2 pvc free requires heat and fusion[heat transfer press].Keep the lid of the container closed when not in use.Tack Free formulation allows printing through a wide range of mesh counts without reducing its viscosity.
MIXING: Mix colours according to the desired colour match for best results with our base. We provide concentrates shades. Also available direct printable shades no need to mix.
MESH: 86 TO 305 /INCH [34 TO 120/CMS.] Beautyflex B2 Series Plastically inks have superb open time.Use multifilament polyester 8XX ?10XX[for softer feel] and 110T-260T Monofilament.Lighter deposits result in less opacity.Always backflood screen to minimize drying in screen.
SQUEEGEE: 70 ? 80 Durometer.
PRECAUTION: Beautyflex B2 pvc free series needs a suitable environment for mixing to insure mixed products have no cross contamination with other inks.Avoid contaminations.Don?t use pvc squeegee.Properly cleaned new pumps,pails,utensils,spatula,squeegee[inside edges properly cleaned] with soap and water.
PRINTING METHODS: Pour the ink into the screen mesh with hard squeegee / rubber.The image area exposed in the screen should be filled with the ink.Keep coated / flooded the image area so as to prevent drying in the screen.The ink is transferred to the fabric with a light squeegee pressure pass.
PERFORMANCES: High performance pigments loaded.Good printability. excellent coverage. no choking and clogging. self drying needs final flash..Excellent results,healthy working environment,no health hazards. clean air breathable,good stretchability and above all high performances.
FINISH: The standard B2 Series has a moderate soft hand and smooth laying down and outstanding drape. The finish is flat with good color strength and brightness.
To soften the hand, extend with our extender (1 to 5%) or water. When extending with water, test for wicking or bleeding of pigment into the area surrounding the image area. If thinning is extensive, bleed will vary depending on fabric lots, so test each lot. Finer screen mesh will also produce a softer hand.
OPACITY: Beautyflex pvc free B2 Series are made with deep strength semi opaque pigments. The ink film will lay on the surface and cover medium to dark color grounds with open mesh screens.
Beautyflex pvc free B2 Opaque white is outstanding for black and other dark fabrics,this will produce more hand and may crack on stretch garments depending on thickness of deposits. Always Test before using.
All Beautyflex pvc +phthalate free B2 Series water-base plastisol inks are well pigmented and should always be perfectly wash and stretch-tested before starting long print runs.
HEAT CURING: Water base inks cure in two stages. First the drying stage then the setting stage. Heat cure for three minutes at 320F or 160C Flash Time: 3-4 seconds.. Water base may feel dry but is not set. Lower temperature cures are possible for sensitive substrates but the time may need to be extended. Be sure to extend cure time when changing inks. With inadequate cure, the print area will wash out significantly. Test prints by hand washing. Machine wash to determine long term durability.
SCREEN: Beautyflex B2 Series plastisol inks have superb screen open time Heavier deposits result in more hand 16T,18T,29T mesh count. Lighter deposits result in less opacity. Always backflood screen to minimize drying in screen.
EMULSION, BLOCKOUT: Use a water-resistant photo emulsion. All water base plastisol inks will create more screen wear than plastisol. A water resistant blockout is necessary.
ANTI-CROCK ADDITIVE: The Beautyflex B2 Series has superb better anti-crocking when fully cured. However, when mixing with other inks anti-crock may be needed. Test for crocking after curing by wetting and rubbing printed surfaces vigorously. Iron test print and re-test. More drying time may be required. Machine wash to determine the long term washability. Each fabric will be somewhat different.
THICKENER: Beautyflex TKNR can be added at low levels, normally .05TO 1.5%, to increase thickness of base inks. This should be gradually added, as too much TKNR can cause over thickening. Also check after each add bcoz thicker inks tend to result in a harder hand and residue in the screen mesh.
WASH-UP: Use tap water. Add a bit of detergent for faster and more thorough cleaning. Hot water will help clean out dried ink.
WARNING: ALWAYS TEST-PRINT, CURE-DRY, AND TEST WASH (SOAP & WATER IN SINK WILL WORK) BEFORE STARTING A PRODUCTION RUN. MANY ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE MADE IN WORKSHOP BUT THEY MUST BE MADE WITH CAUTION - ALWAYS TEST WASH BEFORE PROCEEDING.
