The transfer fusing machine as many people call it hot press,transfer printing m/c, or fusing m/c.
Actually this machine is used for the application of transferring the printed image from the heat transfer paper to the required substrate.
There is few things to be noted:
The upper part of the machine is called hot plate,this plate is so designed that the prescribed temp is allowed into it ,say 180C,it will show the same temp when it is fully hot.
Second portion the down below is called bed,on this the reqd substrate like tshirt etc is placed onto it .
Third is the pressure of air to be adjusted say for tshirt cotton 40-45psi is kept,this will remain constant through out until and unless you alter and recommend.
Fourth is the temperature and seconds timers adjustment.Say for cotton tshirt you have to apply 180-190C temp.,seconds for 7-15 and pressure 40-45psi.
When all this is arranged,take the transfer sheet put on the tshirt and bring the upper hot plate down below at the down part bed,it will automatically hold for that particular seconds.The hot plate will open automatically as per the set time,turn the hot plate on the right side and now remove the tshirt,keep aside for few seconds to get it cooled and then remove the transfer sheet from the tshirt,now the required image is transferred on the tshirt.
